Using CRISPR Gene Editing to Modify the LacZ gene in E.coli
Переглядів 4,2 тис.3 роки тому
In this investigation, CRISPR-Cas9 we be used to cut bacterial chromosomal DNA at a specific location within the lacZ gene. You will then take advantage of the cells’ ability to perform HDR to cause a desired change in the lacZ sequence. You will do this by providing the cells with large quantities of a donor template DNA, which includes an insert with a stop codon that will disrupt the gene fu...

Bioassessment of Species Diversity Using Field Techniques
Переглядів 1 тис.5 років тому
Bioassessment can provide direct measures of the types of species inhabiting streams and rivers. Biological health is not always an obvious feature of the environment so practical field techniques are needed to assess the well-being of rivers. Aquatic insects and other invertebrates are the most common form of animal life in streams. The variety of species present are indicators of the health o...

Have you done any research regarding translocation 13;14
You made it look so easy to understand. Thank you so much❤️👏
Omg..I love your detailed, simple explanation, nursing student, thank you very much, helped me loads understanding the lymph🎉
Thx you you I love how u delivered ur lecture. You are not going to fast ur tone is perfect some instructor goes so fast which makes is hard for the material to stick. Plus ur super detailed you kwn what ur talking about .thank you again
Can you do something on the back muscles? And the axial skeleton?
Thank you for sharing!
Wow❤
Thank you so much for this video sir ❤
This is an old video that helped me understand the structure and function of the neuron cell tremendously. Thank you very much.
amazing teacher. to the point and easy to understand. thank you mr cinti
Nice
Thank you
Love the shirt ✋
Amazing.
Even though i learned a ton from the vid, i was a bit at sea as to why you had to talk about apoptosis? Is it related to any of the hormones?
Thak you for this video
Do amygdala and hippocampus connect directly to thalamus? Thank you for he video, just what I’m looking for at the moment.
My teacher had us watch this video and write down what we learned for marks instead of going to class, very nice video! I can see why my teacher like this video.
Thanks for those kind thoughts. Enjoy your studies!
Thank you doctor . you are the best
short and stragiht to the point!!!!

@@raycinti5031 thank you for making this video! Very helpful
Thank you very much, it was very helpful😊😊
I am reading a med school level neuroanatomy textbook i borrowed from the library for fun, and the structures in the limbic system are quite well understood. Its copywrite is 2021, so i dont know what you are talking that "it is not well understood". There are pages and pages of extreme detail of its function.
This may be true yet when you research in the field you come to a level of understanding that there is much left to discovery. There's a confidence in saying that things are 'not totally clear'. Because that is always the case. I do thank you for the comment and best wishes in your studies. Check out this video from a Stanford Instructor who I respect in the field. ua-cam.com/video/CAOnSbDSaOw/v-deo.html
Thank you for this video
Thank you so much again for keeping your videos on this panel Dr Cinti. I learn something new every time when I watch your presentation! Have a great week!!
Very nice lecture Ray ❤
Bro sounds like he’s never read these muscles aloud before
Thanks for your support. The funny part is I have been teaching A&P for sometime and I still struggle with pronunciation. The effort is however clear and that is the real lesson.
@@raycinti5031 Indeed. Sorry if that was offensive, I do appreciate your videos.
thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much !!!
this video was perfect for my studies! thank you so much
This is the most helpful video that I have seen on this topic and I have seen a lot of them! Thank you, you are going to help me through Physio lol
Like wowwwww for your explanation 👏👏👏👏👏
Very good video
Thanks. Deciphering the genetic code was a huge breakthrough in the field of molecular genetics. It is now the bed rock of our understanding of protein synthesis.
This video is really cool and all the information is amazing!
I love this video
This is a great video. I would like to do an experiment for lab genetics lab but i am unsure of what kind of experiment to run. I am not sure what could be changed or added to or what questions can be asked. Do you have any ideas or examples of experiments that can be done with this technology?
I would try this one first and then you might have an idea. www.bio-rad.com/en-us/category/crispr-gene-editing-kits?ID=Q0JG5VTU86LJ
@@raycinti5031 Thank you for responding! This is the exact kit my professor ordered but she wants us to make a few changes like the testing variable. I am thinking about changing the type of media by using different plates with different sugars and observing any changes in the Ecoli. I also thought about how UV light exposure may affect the Ecoli. What do you think about this? Do you have any ideas of what variables i could possibly do the experiment on?
There is lot to learn 😅😅
It's the hard that makes it great.
😢😢😮😅😅
HI THANK U SO MUCH
Paramedic Student good stuff, been a EMT for several years and learned a LOT!
this helps me alot thank you❤
👌👌👌👌
You made my tomorrow lecture easy Limbus means verge or edge
It wasn’t mentioned but high or low densities doesn’t affect Chylomicrons lipoprotein viscosity or is that not even relevant?
Well done, thank you
👍👍👍
My teacher lost me at ch 5
Thank you 😊 super helpful.
